Cookie Policy

Last updated: [Effective Date — to be confirmed]

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies CallEmergencyNow uses on CallEmergencyNow.com, what each one does, and how you can manage them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things like your preferences or session details between page loads. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels, which work in comparable ways.

2. Cookies We Use

Based on the current implementation, this site uses the following:

  • Session identifier cookie. A first-party session cookie (__vibe_sid) is used to support basic site operation — for example, associating a form submission with a visit so the ZIP-code lookup and intake form work correctly. This is essential to the service and is not used for cross-site tracking.
  • CRM form tracking. When you submit an online intake form, the information you entered is sent to our CRM integration to record the inquiry and route it to a participating provider. This is event-based submission of form data, not persistent cross-site advertising cookies.

We have not deployed a separate Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, or advertising-retargeting cookie configuration that we have independently verified. If such technologies are added, this section and the table below will be updated before they are used.

3. Third-Party & Analytics Technologies

Our CRM integration receives form submissions through a request to the CRM provider’s endpoint. That provider may set its own cookies or collect information governed by its own privacy policy; we use the integration to process your inquiry, not to profile you across other websites. We do not currently operate advertising pixels or measurement tags that follow you across other sites.

4. Managing Cookies

Because the cookies in use on this site are essential to its operation, you can manage them through your browser’s built-in settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Disabling cookies entirely may affect features such as the intake form and ZIP-code lookup.

Common controls include:

  • Viewing and deleting individual cookies in your browser settings;
  • Enabling “Do Not Track” or private browsing modes; and
  • Blocking third-party cookies.

5. Consent & Cookie Banner

This site does not currently display a cookie consent banner because the cookies in use are essential to the service and we have not deployed non-essential advertising or analytics cookies that would require a consent prompt under applicable law. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, we will implement a working consent mechanism with functional buttons that genuinely reflect your choices before serving those cookies.

6. Updates & Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Questions can be directed to us through our contact page or by calling 1-800-471-0669.
